Lost votre Identifiant or votre Mot de passe ?
  • If you lost votre username, please enter votre E-mail Address, leaving Identifiant field empty, then click the Send Identifiant button, and votre username will be sent to votre email address.
  • If you lost votre password but know votre username, please enter votre Identifiant and votre E-mail Address, press the Send Mot de passe button, and you will receive a new password shortly. Use this new password to access the site.
  • If you lost votre username and votre password, please recover first the username, then the password. To recover username,please enter votre E-mail Address, leaving Identifiant field empty, then click the Send Identifiant button, and votre username will be sent to votre email address. From there you can use this same form to receover votre password.
